Use the Contact page with your order number and tell us whether you want a refund or exchange.

Print the label
We will email a prepaid US return label and simple packing instructions.

Drop it off
Pack the unworn pair in its original box and leave it with the carrier on your label.

Receive your refund
Once inspected, refunds return to the original payment method in 5–7 business days.
What comes back
Keep the sidewalk outside the return box.
Eligible
Unworn pairs returned within 30 days, with tags, laces, inserts, and the original shoe box intact.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are free in the US and depend on stock. We reserve the replacement once your return is scanned.
Refunds
Original standard shipping is refunded only when the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Expedited fees are non-refundable.
Final sale
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. A damaged or incorrect final-sale pair is always our responsibility.
